      STATUS:  Abundant

      LOCALITIES OBSERVED:  Collin Co.:  2.5 mi E of Wylie near Lake Lavon;  Dallas Co.:  gravel pits W of Carrollton, Seagoville area, Glen Lake Country Club Lake, Mt. Creek Lake, Dallas Nature Center, and .2 mi S of Mansfield Rd. on Boss Cope Rd.;  Denton Co.:  FM 322 N of Pilot Point.  Hood Co.:  near Acton on FM 1192;  Kaufman Co.:  N of Terrell on FM 1565 and FM 276;  Tarrant Co.:  Mustang Creek above Benbrook Lake, ponds in the Euless area, and .2 mi E of Webb-Lynn Rd. on Ragland Rd.

      DOCUMENTED COUNTIES:  Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise

      HABITAT:  all habitat areas in the Metroplex
