SICK SOFTSHELL TURTLE NEED HELP

Try raising the tank temperature and keep it 82-86 degrees F. Also try live fuzzy mice. I bought some feeder guppies from a pet store that killed my smooth softshell. Pet stores use some kind of chemicals to treat new fish. Your turtle could be having a reaction to those chemicals since you stated you feed her goldfish. I fed my adults crayfish from a nearby stream and mice on the regular.....stay away from the goldfish for a while. They also love fresh beef hearts (get them from the butcher)

Crystal clean water is the key to healthy softshells,,,good luck
