That's pretty awesome, Will. I couldn't agree with you more. I live in the pacific northwest not too far from where the elusive rubber boa exists, and these are a pretty rare find. When I see one I am pretty excited. It truly is a passion thing as well. Even if we were to capture these and breed them, they don't sell for much on the market, and tend to price with other burrowing snakes like sand boas and rosy boas, but they are an amazing creature. The frogs around here are pretty amazing as well. There is always something to be said about a person that knows their area and how to catch a good glimpse and interact with the nature around them. So kudos to you and thanks for the amazing picture.

Couldn't agree with yo more Will. Strangely enough the best looking black kings I have found in KY were living under some concrete parking blocks inside an oil refinery here in Boyd County.
