Not a single one of the 'scientists' with the CBD have anything more than a Master's degree. Most of their scientific research is published by themselves (CBD). Many of their staff are attorneys. Seriously. Where's their credibility?

I would like to see scientific evidence to support your statement that boa constrictors are "clearly" dmageing natural wildlife. Secondly this was an extreme overreach of the power that USFW has. The problem with Burmese pythons has remained in Florida for well over a decade and will continue to remain there indefinitely. The reason? Burmese pythons and all other "large constrictors" cannot survive any farther north of the Everglades. This lawsuit was not just pushed by breeders is was pushed by the entire reptile community, because the the laws made by USFW are unjust and an extreme overreach of power and are hurting a lot of very good people who have made breeding their only means of income. In closing it would be appreciated if you would not make incorrect statement with out real scientific backing.

CBD has been taken over by animal rights activists. See also the comments by CBD at this link. https://www.thedodo.com/reptile-pet-trade-1216935829.html

Correction: Unfortunately, the judge has allowed HSUS and CBD to intervene in USARK's case. It is doubtful HSUS would have been allowed to intervene without the standing provided by CBD. A careful reading of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure informs us that HSUS and CBD have 60 days (not 30 days) to appeal the preliminary injunction granted to USARK because Rule 4(a)(1)(B)(ii) provides that an appeal may be filed by any party within 60 days after entry of the judgment or order appealed from if one of the parties is a United States agency. Thus, July 20, 2015 may become an important day in USARK's case.
