All animals are guaranteed healthy, feeding and correctly sexed.

We do not take deposits for animals which have not yet been produced or which are not yet feeding. A 25% nonrefundable deposit will hold an existing animal for a maximum of 3 weeks. We cannot hold animals for extended periods of time.

Most snakes will be sold in pairs unless there is an overabundance of one sex. Quantity discounts may be available.

No minimum order for shipping. We pay freight on most orders over $500 retail. We do not pay freight on wholesale orders.

Pricing will be negotiated and payment sent prior to shipping. Once payment is received, no price changes or refunds will be made.

Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees. We will ship with heat/cold packs as needed. If no one is available to sign for the package when it is delivered, we are released of all liability. We are not liable for carrier mistakes or delays in shipments. Animals are guaranteed for 72 hours after delivery if aforementioned conditions have been met.

In order for any adjustments to be made, we must be notified within 4 hours of delivery if there is a problem or if you are not satisfied with your animals(s). If we are not notified within 4 hours of delivery, we are released of all liability. This applies to both live animals and frozen rodents. Shipping on any returns will be paid by customer. In the case of refunds, only the cost of the animal(s) will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any DOAs must be substantiated by an email photo. We may ask that the dead reptile be returned to us at your expense if it is valued at $200 or more. Another animal will be sent to you if available or your money refunded if a replacement animal is not available.

We add 7.25% California Sales Tax to all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone we feel does not have the animals’ best interests at heart.
